Public-friendly Access to Genome Editing as a Plant Breeding Technology

Friday 17 Nov 2017
14:25-15:10

Session Concept:
Despite the advances in the genome editing, its essence is yet poorly grasped by citizens. To close this gulf of understanding between pros and non-pros, we’ve deployed diverse activities especially in new plant breeding techniques. We report on our outcomes gained from the creation of easy-to-follow materials and holding science cafes.
