Innovative Services and Products that Promote and Preserve Indigenous Knowledge Systems

Session Concept:
IKS protection is important, but its promotion should be prioritised to highlight its perceived value and attract support from young researchers. Science centres are advantaged in addressing perceived IK irrelevance. IKS research efforts must promote its beneficial use, connect to the benefits of science and enhance inclusive science communication.
